How we operate

The Sugarbird Group is a registered nonprofit organisation. We presently have three trustees who manage day to day operations as well as control the disbursement of the collected funds. The trustees and other management do not receive any remuneration for their services. 

We strictly adhere to the highest governance standards. Furthermore, we operate in an open and transparent manner, our founding documents can be viewed here and we make public a summary of our costs and expenses on a monthly basis. Donors can thus clearly see how we are spending their donations. We too  are open and willing to answer any questions they might have.
